Andapinch is written, edited, and tasted by Caroline Aksich. Caroline is a member of the Montreal diaspora and has lived, loved, and learned in Toronto for the past five years. She can’t seem to leave, no matter how hard she tries– she’s visited four continents, but but with every trip her appreciation of Toronto only grows. When Caroline’s not updating Andapinch, she’s working on her book of illustrated poetry entitled “Flesh, Fruit & Foul”. She has a weakness for smoked salmon, a distaste for uncut apples, and dreams about one day exploring India.
